inspire for WOMEN

inspire is committed to achieving the most balanced gender ratio possible at all career levels, which is a challenging and long-term goal in the field of research and innovation in production and manufacturing. We actively seek to attract young female engineers as research assistants or doctoral students, strive to increase the proportion of women in management positions, and endeavour to give women good visibility both internally and externally.

Internships

"During a four-month internship 2022/2023, I gained experience in the technical field that was lacking in high school. I was entrusted with my own projects and given the freedom to work  independently. This opportunity strengthened my confidence and confirmed my decision to pursue a career in mechanical engineering.
I am grateful to Inspire AG for providing an encouraging working environment where I could explore my interest in engineering, something I hope more young women can experience for themselves."

National Future Days

inspire regularly participates in National Future Days with the aim of getting girls and young women more interested in technical careers. For the same reason, inspire AG also welcomes visits from secondary school classes.

We really enjoyed introducing ourselves and our work to the children.

They obviously enjoyed it too!

Thank you very much from us too!
